SHOW THE WORK.
KEEP THE OVERLAP.
This explorer preserves pull-request-local activity, including branches that were later superseded or converged. It is useful precisely because it does not erase work that failed to become the terminal branch.
PR-local overlapping measurements: stacked branches, shared ancestry, superseded work, and convergence branches overlap. These values are not a deduplicated repository-output total.
The 90-day shape
Bar widths show share of all 83 captured PRs. Superseded/subsumed overlaps terminal PR state; it is a separate flag, not a mutually exclusive disposition.
80 workflow runs were observed at PR heads: 61 successful conclusions and 19 failed conclusions. Twelve PR bodies contained explicit do-not-merge or release-block language.
Pull requests, not mythology.
Filter the captured PRs by terminal state. Every record links back to GitHub so the explorer remains a map to authority, not a replacement for it.
